HALL would say “without a doubt”.  Developing valued open space in Houston before Bishopton is finally resolved would seem recklessly premature.  Houston may suffer a double whammy by having to put up with construction traffic for Bishopton as well. 

The Local Plan recognises that Bishopton and North Renfrew will provide all of Renfrewshire's need for private houses.
