Will construction affect us?

Any consent can impose strict conditions on levels of noise and dust.  They can also restrict hours of working. There will no doubt be a substantial amount of earthworks in the initial stage and this will add to the traffic at school times if these are not made restricted hours.  There is also traffic from Reilly Landfill and possibly Bishopton which may also be using the roundabout. Excluding light vehicles and earthworks HALL estimate that developing the site may cause an extra 5,000 vehicle movements on to the roundabout.
