You should copy us in on all of your emails and ask your neighbours to inform the above people. We suggest that you send one email to Waterwatch and a separate one now to Karen copied to the rest. If you wish we will come and see your problem. We are concerned that unless our elected representatives challenge Scottish Water to find a solution they will just prevaricate. We are talking about many millions to solve the problem which causes your problems.
